Amazon Financial Analyst vs Private Credit at an AM
Currently weighing two job offers. Amazon’s Finance team doing FP&A work and Private Credit at a large AM (1 Tn + AUM). Don’t really mind either one but honestly just want to choose the role that maximises pay and WLB. Ideally don’t want to work more than 50 hours a week but still make a reasonable amount of money.
What is comp for both?
Around 55k (GBP) for the private credit role unsure about bonus but I’d guess 40-50% of base? Don’t know Amazon yet as I’m at the final stage of the process but pretty sure I will get it.
