applying on company website, but they post the same position on your university school board?

You apply through the company website. But the next day (literally), they post the same position on your university school board. This company also very seldom post anything to your university. Is this a strong sign that you won't get called?

This happened to me a few times and I NEVER received an interview request so I am trying to get to the bottom of this.
