Associate in global markets forced to move to another location

Hi,

I am an Associate in Global Markets and I was forced to move from one city to the other but still in the EMEA region. The new city is 15% more expensive than the old one, but I am not going to get any salary adjustment. Moreover, I am going to have 7 days of vacation less in the new contract according to the new country’s rules.

As you can see, it is clearly a loss for me to move. Is there anyway I can negotiate some adjustments? From the first talks, it seems like there is no way to get any adjustments according to company policy. What should I do? Should I insist?
