Attach resume for on cycle networking?

Hey folks,

I'm looking to start networking for on cycle PE recruitment as an incoming IBD analyst (non-target UG). Should I attach my resume? Considering its pretty early and associates aren't even directly involved with screening resumes because of head hunters, I'm leaning towards no. That being said, I have good experience in both PE and IB and there might be value in showing that up front. Thoughts? General pointers on cold emailing are appreciated as well.

Thanks!
