Back Office at Midsized or Research Analyst or ..

I'm a junior at ivy league school. 3.3 gpa. Engineering major. 2 major finance related summer internships in Asia.

I got an offer from BB (but not GS or MS..slightly lower than those) and after finding out that I don't have a green card or citizenship, they declined the offer. (.....douchebags..)

As of now I have only one offer at hand: Accounting and Finance dpt at a midsized French IB in NY although waiting to hear back from several other companies (RA position in NY, SA in Asia and more)

Do you guys think I should rather go back to the country I'm originally from and try to get a better internship (FO internship) or just stay here and get the offer?

I can technically apply for jobs in my senior year, but I'm not sure spending my junior summer in BO will look good on my resume at all if I want to apply to BB for full time.
