Back Office to Bloomberg ER, or Keep Looking?

I am a back office analyst at a top tier BB and have been applying to anything I can to get out of BO. I recently received an offer for Bloomberg’s ER data analyst program, but I’m very apprehensive if this is the right move. My goal is to get as far away from BO as possible, and ideally to be on the buy side at some point. I applied to some PE shops and other banks but no luck so far. Does it make sense to take this role, or should I keep looking for better things?
