Background check
I have an incoming background check for a SA position. Do they only check what I put on my resume or really everything ? It seems that they asked me to add everything I have done even if I did not put that on my resume (even short jobs) and I lost some contracts/not 100% sure about the dates (sometimes it was unpaid or for 1 day or 2).
This is a question for your recruiter / HR. I’d day stick to your resume jobs. As long as it is entirely accurate I wouldn’t be afraid of reaching out.
Were you able to upload a new resume before the background check?
