That is crazy late, are you at a non-target? Have final rounds with them previously?

I am at a non-target, I've never had a final round before. I had a first round, then it took them about 3 weeks to get back to me.

Hmmm I don't know, if there was only one round of interviews i bet your theory is right. Since there was only 16 candidates i bet they didnt need to turn anyone down yet. But who knows really. Check your pm
