Barring a return offer, what line of business should I choose?

Hi, I’m currently a SA at an institutional RE brokerage in a capital markets CMBS debt/equity placement role. I’m going to be a rising senior at a Southern Ivy, with a GPA in the low 3’s. However, I have previous experiences at an arbitrage-trading market maker, a public regional bank in a wealth management SA role, a land acquisition firm, an online education company seeking M&A advisory, and a small-cap ER role in a part-time position. As you can see, I wanted to cast a wide net when it came to inviting all opportunities that came my way, and I’m really battling what path I should pursue. I really like my current job, especially its emphasis on flexibility and W/L balance with long term potential financial freedom. With 75-100+ hour weeks not in the question, and barring a return offer from my current firm, what areas of finance or real estate would I be considered for and what should I pursue? Thank you for any and all input.
