Have a phone interview next week, was wondering if anyone had any general guidelines, i.e. are they going to ask me how to get a giraffe into a fridge or just plain jane interview questions?
I also get the feeling they are simply calling all applicants as I got an email trying to set up a time for the interview mere hours after I'd applied online...am I right in thinking this?
