Best place to get licensed quickly?

What's the best way to go about getting your Series 7 and eventually 66? I know the series 66 can be taken without a sponsor, but it's useless also from what I heard without the Series 7 combined. What would be the easiest way to get sponsored for the Series 7 though? For example, I'm not going to apply to some huge HF's or IB's just for the goal of getting sponsored. So basically I'm asking does anyone know of good firms or banks that are easy to get into that sponsor?
