Best tips for interns

Back in 2012 the @TheKing" posted an awesome blog on how to make the best out of an internship.

"Summer Intern Pro-Tips And Pratfalls https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/blog/summer-inter…"

I am sure that his post is still highly relevant today but as I am going to start another internship really soon I wanted "a more up to date" version.

So in your opinion, what would be the best/worst thing, that you can do, and how can you stand out and succeed in converting your internship into a full-time position? (The company I'd be interning in only takes 1-2 out of 25 interns)

Thanks so much
