I’ve recently opened up my search into VC so I’m trying to get my head around things. What are some key things to know and best recourses to help me through the process I.e. recruiting cycles, networking on my own, anything else to expect?

IB work is relevant, but I am not sure how well you would work with startups, their founders/teams, .. but you can learn that
