Boutique Intern With No Junior Offer!!

Hey guys! I am a Junior at a top 50 non-target in northeast. 3.9 GPA. I just finished up my sophomore summer internship at a no name IB boutique in NYC. The firm has 20 employees, focuses strictly on M&A, and pretty much all MD's seem to have prior BB experience + have Ivy degrees, etc. I also had a search fund internship my freshman summer with two UChicago MBA's. (Only saying all this to provide my current situation).

The issue I'm facing is BB's and MM's for me for junior summer won't be an option, unfortunately I received some interviews from a handful of firms but was ultimately left unsuccessful. My question is, what is my best course of action for my getting the best offer possible for junior year? Should I begin networking with boutique banks that are a bit larger, say 50 or so employees? Or something else?

Thank you!

I'd still look at BB/MM in the fall but definitely open up to LMM/ lesser know boutiques. You can still get a great experience and potentially leverage during FT recruitment before senior year.
