been in banking for 2 years now and lately really feeling the burnout. been working 9:30a to 2:45a average the last few months with no breaks to even workout, wash my hair etc.
i think i want to make the move into PE where at least the hours will be slightly better at least some of the time.
anyone know which funds known for having better culture and wlb? assume LMM, open to any location
