Can I leave my job after a week of working
Just started FT and received an offer from a firm in a role that I think is much more suitable for me. Is it crazy to leave my current job a week in for this other opportunity? How should I word this to my manager
Theoretically, you could do whatever you want. It’s a bad look, but if turning down your dream role to continue at your current one leads you to being half ass and disengaged, you’re better off quitting. Just be upfront and honest. This will be a minor blip in your career
