Can School Club’s Political Stance Hurt Recruitment?
So I’m part of a social club at my university and I initially joined to meet new friends and potentially get a finance related leadership role. I realized the club is very political and left-leaning when it comes to the Middle East and was worried if it could hurt me in recruiting since I listed on my resume I help them with their treasury. I also wasn’t aware of their political views until recently.
