Career decision

Hi guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I have a dilemma at the moment and I am sure that some people have great insights into the finance and banking industry.

I have been offered a corporate actions position in an BBIB in Asia and a settlements position in derivatives at a domestic fund manager. Which one has better career prospects? I have been working in corporate actions for a year now at a stockbroking company and I hate it.

Any inputs? I want to break into middle office...im not the front office sort of guy.
