Career Fair Follow-up

I recently went to my university career fair and picked up a few business and made some short but sweet report with a few analysts/associates. I wanted to know if I should send a short thank you letter.

I don't want to come off as desperate or overly eager, I just want to put my name out there again to hopefully get my resume a second look. Does anybody have advice on how I should approach this, I am just a bit unsure because most of the people I met were close to my age and were not actual recruiters.

Thanks.

Yea man, get your name back out there!... You want to be one of the people who actually follows up, not one of the faceless masses. What do you have to lose? Maybe think of a few legit questions you have, and at the very least tell them it was nice to meet them. I don't think this will come across as desperate, especially if you are being honest. Get the rapport going...

Best of luck.
