Hi,
Looking for some advice on career progression. Currently I’m on an apprenticeship scheme until late 2025. I will graduate with a degree in finance, hopefully CFA lvl 1 and 4.5yrs experience at a BB.
I want to move into IBD - However, I work in a back office role (data analyst).
When should I start networking/looking for new roles and is there anything I can do in the meantime to make this transition easier?
