Career Progression/ How to get out from Retail Banking?

Long story short, I ended up starting working as a Personal Banker at the Local Regional Bank right after I graduated with BA in Economics from a Non Target school with Low Cumulative GPA (2.6) and Fairly Decent Major GPA (3.5). My first 2 years really messed up my GPA as I changed my majors during my sophomore year. I definitely don't want to stay in the retail and Im wondering if anyone has been in this situation before. If yes, then how did you get out? I want to break in as a Credit Analyst possibly to get some valuable experience under my name and then go for either MBA or Masters. I Graduated in May, 2021 and Have been working since.
