Citi Bank Internships
Had applied to summer 2024 internships for CitiBank. I hear Citi Bank culture much more relaxed than other IBs (MS, etc). Thoughts on the same? Also am from a non target school and am a sophomore as of now.

Applying is a black hole, you will never hear back and need to network. Most IB internships for next summer are done recruiting.
Also culturally the BBs are much of the same. It's not like they have a totally different group of people working there. People apply to every bank and take the offer they get.
Yeah it's done. Last year they recruited a couple of folks in Decemberish but idk if it's gonna happen again.
