Citi SA Global Transaction Services Superday

Hi there,

I would like to ask if anyone done the Citi GTS superday? Also, will it be more technical or behavioral interview? Any experience to share? Thanks in advance.

I have done almost two years in GTS, London. Interviews were very straightforward, they rather want to appear more important than they are in reality. Basic problems, but they test your attention to details, like spot the difference type, because that's what you are going to do. So your task is to keep a low profile, because GTS is nitty gritty of operations and very seasonal. Driven by volumes, have to work long hours, don't expect thank you or appreciation. Stress your adaptability, team work and efficiency in repetitive daunting tasks and especially you are collected under pressure of deadlines and volumes. Don't expect bonuses and don't wear cufflinks.

has anybody received offers from GTS after the superday last friday? does it mean no offer if there was no news till the end of tmr?

I received my offer today after being a part of the superday last Friday. I'm sure it is no indication either way, however. They did have over 60 phone calls to make.
