I am currently a Master in Management student at a top EU Business School graduating in 2025. I have previous experience in M&A and Asset Management and will be applying for Off-Cycle Internships to try and convert that to FT.
I want to start cold emailing to increase my chances of getting interviews, but I'm kinda new to this 'cold' approach. So what's the best way to do that? Also at what stage should I send my CV and ask for a referral?
