Quick networking question. Is there a standard for the investments/banking industry when cold messaging people...differences between someone random and someone you might have a mutual connection with? Do you normally send out a connection request with a cold message on LinkedIn? Just blast out the same email to everyone on a team? What have you gotten the best response rate from?
