Complete Noob to IB

As you can tell by the title, I've just started getting into IB. For context, I'm currently a freshman at a non-target(UW-Madison). Had a 34 ACT and 1540 SAT(although I know that means jack shit for banking just had to say that so I don't look like a complete retard for not being a target school like almost everyone on here). Anyways, because I'm a noob, I just realized that SA internships are determined almost a year in advance, so if I'm trying to get an SA for 2021 I basically have to start right now. In fact, it looks a shit ton of places already had superdays or are not taking any more applications. Does anyone have a list of what places are still taking applications? I really don't care if I don't get the best internship possible, like at a BB or even a EB; I would be completely fine if I could get one at a normal boutique. I planned out the rest of my college schedule in the degree planner, and I am going to graduate a year early.

Majoring in finance and rmi btw. This brings a big issue for me because even though summer 2021 is right after my sophomore year, I'm basically a junior since I graduate a year early. That means getting a SA for next summer is a top priority for me, otherwise I'm basically screwed. I don't really see any point in staying the 4th year in college because I only have to take 12-13 credit semesters even for finishing in 3 years, which is like the bare minimum to stay a full-time student. I don't think there's anything else I would want to major in, and I kinda wanna save money since I can. I should have a 3.95 cumulative GPA after final grades for this semester go in(had a 3.875 first semester and will 99% get a 4.0 this semester). I barely know much about investment banking, but I am willing to put in the time to grind and learn.. I have the rosenbaum textbook for investment banking that many people recommend for learning. My school is also offering an online financial modeling course that is self-paced over the summer and covers making an integrated three-statement model from scratch which I've enrolled in.

When I'm interested in something, I can put hours in and not get bored. I know there's still banks that haven't started next year's SA formal recruiting process yet, but from what I've heard, it will begin in june to july-ish, which means I need to apply as much as possible and grind content after next week. Does anyone have a list of places that are even still taking applications at this point? I don't care about the prestige, but it should preferably be located in Wisconsin, Illinois, or New York. Can anyone give me a general game plan on what to do given my current situation? I just feel lost and worried because if I don't get an SA next summer, I'm basically gonna be on the streets after I graduate. All you guys on this forum seem to have all your shit together and life moving smoothly, and I just feel like a hopeless retard. If you made it to the end of this post and responded, I really appreciate it.

TLDR: Freshman at non-target currently but am graduating a year early. SA for next summer is key for me, but I haven't applied anywhere yet and don't really know much about IB. What should I do and what places should I apply? Don't care about prestige at all but preferably bank is located in Wisconsin, Illinois, or New York.
