Corp Dev Industry Pigeonhole?

Recently left banking to join a tech company's CD team. Loving it so far, and probably way too early to be thinking ahead, but how much movement is there between different verticals/industries? For example, let's say I'm at a cybersecurity company - is it possible to move to a role within an internet company, or enterprise software, etc etc in a few years?

I wouldn't worry too much about this. Even if the vertical is different, a lot of the corp dev. mechanics are the same. You'll probably be more competitive for other roles at security companies, but you should have plenty of opportunities with others as well. (Especially if you're at a well known company or high growth startup). Switching verticals may get tougher later in your career when you've built up a lot of industry-specific expertise/relationships, but in those first few years of your career, there's still a lot of latitude. Plus tech as a whole tends to be more flexible.
