Corporate Finance Phone Interviews

Hello,

I have two phone interviews tomorrow: One in FP&A at a F100 Company and another for a Corp Dev Position at a F300 company. I know most of the things that I should prepare for, but I have a few questions:

1)For the FP&A role I was told that I will have a small case study during the phone interview. I am used to investment case studies as I had a few PE/ER interviews in the last few months, but what kind of cases do FP&A folks do, especially over the phone? Also do I need to know anything for excel?

2) For Corp Dev, if I am ready for a basic IB interview, should I be alright? Is it also helpful to read the company's 10k to see what kind of companies they usually acquire and understand the business drivers?

Thanks for the help.
