Corporate Finance to ER

Hi all, I was hoping someone can help me out...

I've been working as a Financial Analyst for over a year now, at a mid-level private company. I'm really interested in ER and want to know if it is possible to switch to ER with my background..

I'm somewhat new to modeling, have a lot of Excel experience, and have a bachelors in Accounting and Finance
