DE Shaw or Jane street?
Hi Everyone,
I currently have an offer from both companies as software engineer. Not sure wich one is best though. Money is the same. I wonder where I will learn more and have a better growth. DE Shaw seems to have a much better reputation however Jane Street seems to have more growth potential as they are a smaller firm hiring fast now. I’m not familiar with this industry though, my experience is on big tech companies.
