I'm currently in a back office (think IB finance division) program and am trying to leverage my way into the front office IB for full-time. Is it worth it for me to pay for dealmaven training? Will it give me a leg up for full time?

get the one month version. i did it in a week, so the 6 month is total overkill. print the traing guide to pdf so you can have a reference copy.
the material is pretty basic but at the minimum it will teach you how to use the basic functions in excel.
Are you sure one month is enough time? It looks like a pretty intense course. Did you receive the certification after? Or do you have to pay again?
