Nobody in HR has contacted me regarding this process.
I had 2 phone interviews prior to this, and the scheduling was handled by analysts.
If he didn't mention that HR would be in contact about flights, then just follow up with him and ask. There's the possibility that they will contact you. But you are better off following up.
