wtf
You’re allowed to say merry Christmas, it’s perfectly fine.
What? You’re afraid if you say Merry Christmas to a Jew you’re giving offense?
Every Jew I know celebrates Christmas. Why not? It’s a blast and is minimally connected to Christianity. Most devout Christians are disgusted by how secular Christmas has become and have little to do with it.
This doesn’t make any sense and is not true.
By this logic, is saying happy Hanukkah offensive to non-Jews? Of course not
It’s best practice to say “happy holidays” if you are unsure.
Nobody will get offended if you say “Merry Christmas”. I however haven’t heard that many people in the office say “Merry Christmas” (maybe because I’m Jewish, though I think most people don’t know that I am).
Also there are many Asians in the office and I have no clue what religion they have or what they celebrate.
