I saw people already accepting offers for FT 2024 on Linkedin (didn’t do summer analyst). Does this mean that they’re already filling spots? That’s really weird because people I talked to told me they aren’t gonna start interviewing until mid-Sep, meanwhile I see some CS summer analysts already posting and accepting offers. Anyone have any insight to this?
