Diversity Programs for Sophomore Summer 2023
Hi all,
I am currently a freshman at a top non-ivy. I am a diversity candidate (hispanic) with a strong GPA and was wondering about the process for finding an internship for sophomore summer. I have looked at many of the firms' websites and have not found any for the summer of 2023. If anyone has more information about when these applications open up and which firms are offering, please let me know.

I'm not diversity myself so I'm not familiar with the timing for these processes but I personally know people who've worked at CS, Citi, GS and BAML during their sophomore summer

Diversity recruiting happens in the fall, 1 semester ahead of normal recruiting. They're selective insight weeks which have a good (~30%?) chance of an automatic superday in early spring, whereas normal recruiting gets superdays in late spring/summer. There are also BB/in-between-banks who have sophomore analysts, which are the most competitive roles of them all.
So next fall will be SA '24 for C/O '25.
