Do I accept a job in a niche industry or hold out for banking?

I have an offer for a litigation financing firm that I have to accept/deny within the next few days. It will take me to NYC which has been the goal, but I’m worried I’ll limit my career progression by going super niche into LitFin. I’m definitely interested in the role and industry, but I want to make sure I don’t trap myself in an industry. I do corporate banking at an upper mid sized bank, and have recently started the interview process for a CB role at a BB

Not interested in lateraling to IB, but I know staying in CB could keep my options for future roles flexible. Both roles would pay around the same, maybe CB a little higher base. Any thoughts?
