JPM is sponsoring H1-B for SA -> FT, but not sure about laterals. Would imagine they're a bit more conservative though.
Do they help with sponsoring before ft start date (the lottery in March)?
I know someone who lateraled to JPM from another boutique firm, pretty sure JPM does. Don’t know about MS.
