Do Risk Management Analysts need to come from target schools like IB analysts?
I am a hs student looking to go into IB or Risk mgmt. I have high school grades good enough for above average schools (Penn State, Rutgers NB SAS, UConn), but not top schools (Wharton, NYU Stern, Yale). For risk management, would I have to come from a top Ivy-League level school, or would an above average school work as well? I am talking about risk management at places such as JPMorgan, BoA, GS, MS, UBS, Citi, and other high end banks.
