Does being a female help my chances at securing a wealth management internship from a bulge bracket? Would I be considered diversity as an Asian female?

It might but once you get the job people will have bias against you because you’re a woman and there is no other way to put. I got paid less than men in my analyst class. Try to pick decent places to work for
