Does my study abroad transcript matter at all?

They count as pass/fail on my UG transcript and don't count towards my GPA. I understand that employers usually ask for transcripts after the job offer, so would I be right in assuming that while I shouldn't try to barely pass all of my classes, my grades while studying abroad (1 sem) pretty much don't matter at all in the IBD SA/job recruitment process?

And what about for other jobs like consulting, boutiques, etc.?

Thanks!
