Does the time at which I apply for something matter?
I'm a rising sophomore and want to apply for Bofa's Sophomore Summer Analyst Program, but I want to wait until the application deadline (September) to apply as my resume will be stronger then. Does waiting hurt my chances? (Not just for BofA, for everything)
