Dubai IB/PE Recruitment Process 2020

Hello! I am currently a rising senior at a top 20 University in the States. I'm a finance/comp sci major looking to get a job in Dubai (preferably in IB or PE) after I graduate in 2021. I am currently not considering the US for a job as I am an international student and getting a work visa is a big hassle and also because the international IB/PE pool is relatively less competitive. I had some questions regarding the recruitment process for IB and PE firms in the UAE. I was wondering what the process was like in general (who to contact? how to contact them?) I noticed that the big name firms like GS or DB don't have proper websites for their Dubai offices which I found weird. I wanted to know what the most efficient way was for me to interact with the companies. I also wanted to know if candidates who apply without knowing anyone in the company have a fair shot at getting a job if they meet/exceed the criteria. (I've heard that Emirati people tend to favor their own people over foreigners for roles even if they're under qualified). Thank you for your time! I appreciate any help/advice/suggestion!
