Earliest bank to recruit SA

Earliest interview I got was Baird in early January

All of the BB/EBs pretty much recruit within 1-2 months of one another, so it's anybody's guess as to who will kick off recruiting for SA2024

During the SA22 cycles, EBs recruited around March/April and BBs recruited later in the summer, but for SA23, all the BBs moved their timelines to match the EBs, so now recruiting all takes place in the Spring

*This only applies for nondiv recruiting, diversity recruiting is a lot more variable

Morgan Stanley seemed to be the first this year

For SA2022 non-diversity, Citi began in March, then MS in April, the EBs in April/May, and GS/JPM/BofA/DB/UBS in the summer/fall. Might differ by school/location.

Seems like a lot of different answers. For my target for SA 23, M. Klein (rip), Greenhill, Houlihan Lokey RXwere the earliest that I remember sending out non diverse offers

For summer 2023, KKR was one of the earliest at Feb and then RBC in Feb/March. Semi-target non-diversity btw.
