Early Career Advice

Hi All! My summer internship is coming to end, and I’ve begun the process for looking at jobs for next summer. Looking for some advice. I’m currently an intern at a B4. I’ve enjoyed this summer term and have made a good impression within my team. I’ve (verbally) received a return offer and want to hear some advice from graduates who were in my position. I’m currently a rising Junior, so I have at least one more summer of internship before I graduate. If I were to look elsewhere, I could also my degree by a year and give myself an extra summer to work. My largest concern is that I go to a Non-Target (I’m Canadian) school. My connects at T2’s have told me they’re not currently looking at hiring new associates, and I know my school alone eliminates me from MBB. Should I continue through with B4 and see where I end up after next year, or should I look at extending my degree another year and look for new opportunities? I know I am a bit all over the place but this is tearing me apart and would love to hear what anyone here has to say. All comments welcome, positive or negative
