Economics & Damages Accounting/Valuations consulting career growth/exits

Hello all,

Recently I’ve been in the dumps, I have 2 tax offers from the Big 4 and some middle market firms. I realized however, that tax is so limited in career growth and this scares me so I’ve been looking at other options. I just feel like I missed the train to get into another area that would provide me a lot greater satisfaction and growth as recruiting season from the fall has pretty much ended. I was wondering if Economics & Damages valuation (expert analysis) would provide greater career growth. My ultimate goal is to work on projects more focused on modeling and business valuations. I understand that I’m not in a horrible position but especially seeing the other opportunities people on this website get, I can’t help but sometimes feel inferior.
