Embarrassing google name.
My google account name on one of my emails is for my youtube account. Its a username I use often, and I never use this email for recruiting or essentially anything important...
However, Citi had that email on record from when I applied to internships as a freshman. When I had applied to Citi with my actual personal email this year, they made me delete it and apply with my first email.
I thought that in of itself would have dinged me, but nope. I received an email from hr regarding a 2024 FIG role and my username is my display name in the email chain.
Its not derogatory, offensive, or sexual.. however it has been misinterpreted as sexual by idiots.
Am I fucked?
