ER Timeline and Help

Hi all, have been recruiting for IB these past couple of months and mock interviewed a friend for a ER role. After that, looked more into ER and realized it is something I'd be more interested in given my interests and personality. Would someone be able to give me some color on the ER recruiting timeline and structure - is it the same as banking or a bit later in terms of timing, and is it also a networking game? Are there any guides I can use to prep (like a 400q g for ER?) appreciate the help and insight!

Currently a sophomore and a bit worried that I'm late to the game, however I do have a very strong sophomore summer set up.
