extremely important question

Hello everyone. Quick question. Lets say I land an interview for goldman sachs internship. And im not so confident about getting in. Can someone tell me if this following scenario would work. What if I were to tell them you dont have to pay me for the internship if I get in, Im not doing it for the money, I want this to learn and for the experience? Would this improve my chances of getting in? Would this work out? Someone please help and explain. Thanks.

No, this would not improve your chances of landing the internship at all. If anything it would make you seem silly. The 20K any good bank pays their summer interns is nothing to them, they care about identifying good talent and bringing them back full-time.

This is a good idea. But you can go a step further. Tell them you have hordes more willing to work for free. You get slotted in top bucket and you charge the hordes lots of placement fees.

Question for you: do you need to post all your threads with vague words in the title?
