Failed at SA 2026 Recruiting

Went through the recruiting process for SA 2026, had a few superdays, but failed mostly. My plan is to continue to recruit through smaller shops to see if anything hits. If all else fails, would it really be that bad for me to turn my buyside internship this summer into a full time offer? (The shop is immature but gives high amounts of opportunity and responsability to analysts). What would exit opps from something like this look like?
