Fintech Job Offer
I have been looking to make a pivot from an analytical role to a BD/Partnerships role.
I was able to secure offers with two different fintechs. One is a more mature company that has a strong management team and solid funding. The other just raised its Series A, has management from leading fintechs in BNPL, and has a ton of room to grow.
With salary the same, but getting equity in the early stage company, but long term vested options at the mature company, which should I pick?
Both offers are 20% more than I’m making currently and it’s for a the same type of role.
